Board MeetingsThe Bastrop County ESD #3 Board of Commissioners meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 9:00am in the board room of the Bastrop Water Control and Improvement District office, located at 112 Corporate Dr., Bastrop, TX 78602. The board may also schedule special meetings at other times when needed, and will post notice according to the Texas Open Meetings Act.
Board MembersThe Bastrop County ESD #3 is governed by a five member Board of Commissioners appointed by the Bastrop County Commissioners Court. ESD Commissioners serve alternating two year terms that begin in January, with three commissions appointed in odd years and two appointed in even years.
Board CommitteesThe Board of Commissions has established committees to enable deep dive exploration of topics. Committees make recommendations to the Board as needed.
