The mission of Bastrop County ESD 3 is to develop and ensure delivery of the highest quality emergency medical services through operational and clinical excellence, competence, care with integrity, compassion, and dedication. This dedication is not only to our citizen’s, but to visitors of our county as well.

To be effective in our community through the highest level of care. As well as an initiative-taking approach to determine community health care needs beyond pre-hospital care.
