Ambulance Construction
Bastrop County EMS will operate 15 new Frazer ambulances mounted on Ford F450 chassis. The ambulances are constructed in Houston, Texas. Frazer got its start over 50 years ago manufacturing oilfield geotech trucks. Designed to operate in remote locations for days at a time in the West Texas heat, they offered superior electrical and climate control systems.
When the oil field business declined in the 1980's Frazer diversified into the ambulance business. Frazer now exclusively manufacturers standard and special ambulances for a world-wide market.
